  1. Pastry:In blender mixer strand mix all you'll get crumbs..add 2 tsp of chilled cold water again mix it...
  2. Make a ball & knead it then divide it into 2 halves cling wrap it & kept in fridge for 30 min to 1 hr.. Or you can take prepared Puff Pastry also...
  3. For filling:Marinate boneless chicken with BBQ sauce, soya sauce, vinegar for 15 min..cook it shred it keep it aside...
  4. In pan add 2 tsp butter add carrots, peas, corn, capsicum, spring onion season it with paprika powder, oregano, black pepper, white pepper, (also added 1 Tsp chat masala 😀) then add 2 tsp flour cook it for 2 min add 2 cups milk &cook till it thickens add shredded chicken mix well & keep it aside...
  5. Roll pastry pie fill it agin cover ot with roll Pastry brushit with remaining half egg...
  6. Bake at 280°c for 25 min...
  7. Serve hot...
